Hey guys! Here is an updated typical what I eat in a day video. In this full day of eating I show you guys some of my favourite low calorie healthy recipes and some macro friendly hacks to pick up at the grocery store that you can implement into your own diet!

I eat slightly under what I normally would eat in a day as the previous days I overate a little more then I’d like too. But it’s ok! I talk about intermittent fasting and how to track your calories as a weekly total rather than a daily total for dietary freedom and sustainability 🙂
