Here is a versatile meal idea that you can make 100 different ways!

Grilled cheese: This is one of the most simple and versatile toddler meals because you can use whatever ingredients you have on hand. I like to use a whole grain/whole wheat bread and American or cheddar cheese since they melt nice and gooey. Add a small amount of butter to your pan to get the grilled cheese nice and golden. I usually cut his sandwiches with a fun sandwich cutter like the dinosaur cutter shown, or I just cut it into long sticks since they are easy to hold.

Sides: sliced fresh avocado and fresh banana
