Ingredients:
2 Eggs
Ginger Fine Chopped (I/2 Inch Piece)
Garlic Fine Chopped (2 Cloves)
Green Chili Fine Chopped (1 medium sized)
Onion Fine Chopped (1 Small Sized)
Parsley Fine Chopped (5 gram)
Tomato Fine Chopped (1 small sized)
Crushed Coriander (1/2 Tablespoon)
Crushed Cumin (1/2 Teaspoon)
Salt (1/2 Teaspoon)
Red Chili Powder (1/2 Teaspoon)
Mix it well
Turn on the Flame
Heat the Pan
Cooking Oil 2 (Tablespoon)
Spread the Oil and Heat it
Put Egg Mixture in the Pan
Spread it evenly
Cook one side for 2 minutes on Low Heat
After 2 minutes turn the side of Omelette
Cook other side of Egg for 2 minutes on Low Heat
Omelette is all done
So take it out on the plate
