Heat the pan and add milk allow it to boil then add sugar and rose syrup cook for 5 minutes.
Then mix 2 tsp of corn flour with water and make a thin paste..
Add this paste to milk and boil it.
take a pan and water and sugar boil it then add corn flour mixture and make a batter.
Transfer it to vermicelli maker.
make vermicelli (semiya).
Take a glass and add rose syrup in it then add soaked basil seeds and pour rose milk.
place ice cream on the top and garnish with rose syrup.
