In this video we will see how to make pooranam kozhukattai using store bought rice flour. Since we are using ready to use rice flour we can make this kolukattai instantly. In this particular variation of kozhukattai we are making a filling using channa dal instead of using coconut and this creates a mild and smooth filling for our kolukattai.
