Ingredients :

17-20 no – Palak Leaves Chopped
4-5 tbsp – Coriander Leaves Chopped
3 nos – Green Chilli Chopped
1 inch – Ginger Chopped
1/4 Cup – Water
Grind and Make a Paste
1+1/2 Cup – Moong Sprouts
Grind Again
1/3 Cup – Green Garlic Chopped (Keep 2 tbsp aside )
again Grind Fine Paste
Remove in Bowl then add
3 tbsp – Gram Flour (Besan)
Remaining Chopped Green Garlic
1/4 tsp – Asafoetida (Hing)
1/2 tsp – Black Pepper Powder
Salt to taste
Pinch – Carom Seeds ( Ajwain )
Mix Properly and add
3 tbsp – Water
Mix it Properly
Heat a Tawa and Make Chilla Using Oil
Roast both the Side and Serve
