Whether you want more to serve this more like an ice cream or smoothie will depend on how much ice, liquid, and frozen fruit you use.

•2nd Tip-
If you want this recipe as close to the traditional Frosty recipe as possible, eliminate the Peanut Butter, Flax Seed, and Chia Seed from the recipe.

•3rd Tip-
Add your favorite greens like kale, spinach, or watercress to give the shake even more health benefits.
