My POPULAR Oil Free, Low Fat Cheese Sauce:

Dessert Recipes in Video:
Donuts, dry ingredients –
1 1/2 C whole wheat flour – or flour of choice
1/2 C brown sugar
pinch of salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tbsp unsweet cocoa powder
wet ingredients –
2 ripe bananas
1 capful vanilla
1/3 c plant milk

mix together, place in donut molds – here are the ones I use: https://amzn.to/2YZYsOI – bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes

Peanut Butter Pumpkin Spice dip:
1/2 Peanut butter mouse/sauce (1 tsp peanut butter, pb2 powder. and water)
1/2 can of pumpkin
2 tsp pumpkin spice
1 capful of vanilla extract
3 tbsp maple syrup
– stir well and serve – top with crushed walnuts/pecans (optional)

Pumpkin Bread:
1 1/2 C whole wheat flour or flour of choice
1/2 c brown sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1-2 tsp pumpkin spice
– wet ingredients
2 ripe bananas
1/2 can pumpkin
1/3 c plant milk of choice
2 tsp – 1 tbsp of vanilla extract

mix wet and dry ingredients together. Place in a loaf pan lined with parchment paper or use a non stick loaf pan. I use this one https://amzn.to/3naS27F
Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes
