Grilled Pork Skewers

2 1/2 lbs Pork Tenderloin – cut into 1 – 2″ chunks
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
3 – 4 Cloves Garlic – minced
1 Red Onion – cut in 1″ pieces
Fresh Parley for garnish

Cut pork into 1 – 2″ chunks. Place in a zip lock bag. Pour olive oil, italian
seasoning, garlic, salt & pepper. Let marinate at least 4 hours or overnight is
best.

Place Red onions in between pork onto skewers.

Grill for 3 minutes on each side. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Internal temp should be 145 F
