Easy & Quick Breakfast/Lunch Idea Using Instant Packet. Turning it Healthy.
South Indian Savoury Pancakes
Ingredients:
1 Instant Packet Deep Rava Idli Mix 200 g (from amazon or Indian store)
2 tablespoon regular yogurt or Vegan yogurt
4 cups spinach roughly chopped
1 large tomato cut in small pieces
1 teaspoon Madras sambar powder/curry powder (optional)
Use crushed black pepper instead of sambar powder
Spiced chutney powder (dry) – available in Indian store
Salt to taste
Use olive oil or coconut oil
Organic hummus instead of making chutney
