INGREDIENTS
200g / 1.6 cups flour (all purpose)
170ml / 0.72 cup hot water
1 cabbage
400g pork
Salt
Pepper
Teriyaki sauce
1 egg
 
Eggs
 
METHOD

Mix flour with hot water and salt. Knead the dough. Let it stand for 30 minutes.
Chop cabbage. Stir pork, cabbage, egg and spices.
Divide the dough into 6 parts. Form balls and roll cakes. Put ground meat in each flat cake. In the center of the meat, make holes and lay the egg. Form a bun.
Fry in oil.
