    1/4 cup Atkins Bake Mix
    1/2 cup pecan meal
    1/4 cup unsweetened
    coconut meat
    1/4 cup butter -- melted

    Combine ingredients and mix well. Press into pie plate. bake at 350degrees F for 10 minutes. Fill with your favorite filling. Counts for pecan meal not included in totals
