Amish Friendship Bread
1 c. starter
2/3 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Dash of nutmeg
Raisins, nuts, dried fruit & grated carrots (opt.)
Combine ingredients. Pour batter into 2 greased loaf pans, 8 x 3 x 2 inches each. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until dry.
