Absolutely Apricot Bread

3/4 cup Water
2 cups White bread flour
1 tablespoon Dry milk
1 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Butter
3 tablespoons Apricot jam
1/2 cup Dried apricots — chopped
1 teaspoon Yeast — fast rise or machine
or – 3 teaspoons Yeast — active dry

Add all ingredients to the bread machine on regular setting.

This is bread with the jam already inside! It’s a coffee bread, a snack bread or the perfect after-school bread.
