100% Crunch Bread

100% Crunch Bread

3/4 cup Water — plus
1 tablespoon Water
2 cups Wheat flour
1 teaspoon Salt
4 teaspoons Honey
4 teaspoons Molasses
2 teaspoons Gluten
4 teaspoons Olive oil
1/2 cup Seeds (any kind)
2 teaspoons Yeast (active dry)

Follow manufacturers directions. Makes 1 lb loaf.
