Pumpkin Pecan Pie
Pumpkin Pecan Pie
3 slightly beaten eggs
1 cup canned pumpkin
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup dark corn syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1 pastry shell
1 cup pecans (chopped or half)
Combine all ingredients. Pour into unbaked pastry shell. Top with pecans. Bake at 350F for 40 minutes.
