Strawberry Zest Smoothie
10 oz Frozen sliced strawberries — thawed
4 c Milk
1 pt Strawberry ice cream
1 tsp Lemon rind — grated
Combine all, one half at a time in blender on high, 1 min. (Or use a mixer). Serve in tall glasses. Serves 8.
