Garden Herb Bread

Garden Herb Bread

3/4 cup Water
2 cups White bread flour
1 tablespoon Dry milk
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Butter
1 teaspoon Chives
1 teaspoon Marjoram
1 teaspoon Thyme
1/2 teaspoon Basil
2 teaspoons Yeast (active dry)

Use dried flaked herbs. If using ground, reduce by half. If using fresh, double the amount.

    A fantastic bread to make any time no matter what type of herbs you have on hand. We’ve been known to substitute certain herbs depending on our tastes and what we have available to us. This bread goes great with just about any dish, and also makes for a great gift.
