Dark Pumpernickel Bread

Dark Pumpernickel Bread

2/3 cup Water
1 1/3 tablespoons Vegetable oil
2 tablespoons Molasses
1 tablespoon Unsweetened cocoa
2 teaspoons Brown sugar
2/3 teaspoon Instant coffee granules
2/3 teaspoon Salt
1 1/4 teaspoons Caraway seeds
1/2 cup Rye flour
1/2 cup Whole wheat flour
1 cup Bread flour
1 teaspoon Yeast

Add ingredients as given in manufacturer’s instructions. Use whole wheat setting if available, otherwise use the regular white bread cycle. Recipe can be doubled.
