1/3 Tsp Salt
1/4 C Sugar
1 1/4 Tsp Orange Peel
1/4 Tsp Ground Mace
3 C Bread Flour
1 tsp Active Dry Yeast
CYCLE: sweet, white; no timer
SETTING: light
NOTES : This bread is traditionally baked in a crescent and is glazed with
honey and orange juice mixed together and warmed.
