Creole Tomato Bread
1 package Yeast
2 3/4 cups Better for Bread flour
2 tablespoons Gluten
1 1/4 teaspoons Garlic salt
1 teaspoon Chili powder
1 teaspoon Paprika
1/8 teaspoon Baking soda
1/8 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
1/2 cup Mushrooms — fresh/sliced
1/4 cup Celery — fine chopped
1/4 cup Red bell pepper — fine chopped
2 tablespoons Pimentos — drained/diced
1 tablespoon Minced onion — dried
1/2 cup Tomato soup — canned + 1 tb
1 Egg
1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
2 teaspoons Molasses
2/3 cup V-8 veg. juice — heated
Add all ingredients into the pan in the order listed. Select white bread and push “Start.”
