Copycat Wonder Bread
1 cup -Water
3 tablespoons Margarine
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons -Salt
2 3/4 cups Bread flour
1 tablespoon Gluten
1 tablespoon Lecithin
1 1/2 teaspoons Red Star Bread Machine yeast
Add ingredients to the bread machine in order. Regular settings. It toasts well and tastes good. You have to try this to believe it. This recipe can not be doubled.
