Cornell Bread

Cornell Bread

1/2 tablespoon Yeast
2 cups Bread flour
1/2 cup Whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon Gluten
6 tablespoons Soy flour
6 tablespoons Dry milk
6 tablespoons Whole wheat germ
1/2 tablespoon Salt
2 tablespoons Butter
2 tablespoons Honey
1 Eggs
1 1/4 cups Water — warm

Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bread machine, in order. Set to medium and “white bread” setting.
