Cinnamon Raisin Bread
Cinnamon Raisin Bread
1 1/2 teaspoons Yeast — D
2 cups Bread flour — +2T
1 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Powdered buttermilk
1 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon
1 tablespoon Butter
1 cup Less 1 T. warm water
1/2 cup Raisins.
Add all ingredients to bread machine in order, except raisins. After the first cycle (when the machine beeps), add the raisins.
