Classic White Bread
3/4 cup Water
2 cups Bread Flour
1 tablespoon Nonfat Dried Milk
1 1/2 tablespoons Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Applesauce
1 1/2 teaspoons Yeast
Can be used with the regular, rapid, or delayed cycles. 1 POUND LOAF This is a very basic white bread recipe for the bread machine which we call the “no mess” bread. Applesauce is used in place of butter, which you can substitute if need be.
