Catskill Mountain French

Catskill Mountain French

7 ounces Warm water
3 cups Bread flour
2 teaspoons Sugar
2 teaspoons Salt
1 tablespoon Butter/margarine
2 teaspoons Red star yeast
2 tablespoons Sesame seeds

The flour is an almost 3 cups — go light on the measuring and watch the dough ball. Use the crispy (french) mode.
