Buttermilk Pumpernickel
1 3/4 Tsp Active Dry Yeast
2 1/4 C Bread Flour
1 C Rye Flour — + 2 Tbs
1 1/2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1 1/2 Tsp Salt
1 1/2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 1/2 Tbsp Caramel Coloring
1/3 C Buttermilk
1 C Water — + 2 Tbs
Add all ingredients in the order suggested by your bread machine manual and process on the basic bread cycle according to the manufacturer’s directions.
