Dill Onion Bread
1 1/2 C Sour Cream
1 Egg
1 Tsp Salt
1/3 Tsp Baking Soda
3 Tbsp Sugar
3 Tbsp Onion Flakes — dried
1 1/3 Tbsp Dill Weed
3 C Bread Flour
1 1/2 tsp Active Dry Yeast
Place all ingredients into your bread machine. Set on white bread, medium setting. Makes 1 1/2 lb loaf.
NOTES : You may substitute yogurt for the sour cream. Keep an eye on the
dough and adjust consistency with flour or water as necessary. Use
an egg yolk, white or 2 Tbs. egg substitute for the half egg.
