Black Forest Pumpernickel

1 1/8 cups Water (for Welbuilt/Dak add 2 T more water)
1 1/2 cups Bread flour
1 cup Rye flour
1 cup Whole wheat flour
1 1/2 teaspoons Salt
1 1/2 tablespoons Oil
1/2 cup Molasses
3 tablespoons Cocoa powder
1 tablespoon Caraway seeds
2 teaspoons Red star yeast

White bread, light crust.
