Banana Bread for Bread Machine
3/4 cup Buttermilk
1/3 cup Banana — mashed
1 1/2 Eggs
1 1/2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
3 tablespoons Honey
1/3 teaspoon Salt
1/3 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/3 teaspoon Baking soda
1 1/2 tablespoons Vital gluten — to 3 tbls
2 1/4 cups Whole wheat flour
3/4 cup Oats
1 1/2 teaspoons Yeast
Add ingredients according to manufacturer’s directions. Medium color setting. Makes 1-1/2 lb loaf. NOTE: Watch the dough as the banana may affect the moisture.
