Baked Potato Bread
Baked Potato Bread
1/2 cup Water
2 cups White bread flour
1 tablespoon Dry milk
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
1/4 cup Sour cream
1 1/2 tablespoons Instant potato flakes
1 1/2 tablespoons Bacon bits
1 1/2 tablespoons Chives
2 teaspoons Yeast (active dry)
Add all ingredients to your bread machine in the order given. This dough will be very dry. Resist the urge to add water.
