Austrian Bread

2 1/2 Tsp Active Dry Yeast
1 1/3 C Bread Flour
2/3 C Rye Flour
1/3 C Wheat Germ
2 Tbsp Gluten Flour, 100%
1 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Ground Allspice
1/4 Tsp Rosemary
1/2 tbsp Oil
3 tbsp Fruit Concentrate — or honey
1 C Water — + 1 T if at high altitude

Use white bread setting, light, on your bread machine.
