Apple Onion Rye Bread
Apple Onion Rye
2 1/4 Tsp Active Dry Yeast
1 3/4 C Bread Flour — + 2 Tbs
1 1/2 C Rye Flour
1/3 C Cracked Wheat
1 1/2 Tbsp Sugar
1 1/2 Tsp Salt
1 1/2 Tsp Caraway Seed
2 Garlic Cloves — minced
1 Med Onion — minced
1 Lg Apple — chopped
3 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
1/2 C Water
Add all ingredients in the order suggested by your bread machine manual and process on the basic bread cycle according to manufacturer’s directions. Let the loaf cool completely before slicing.
